For those who experience social anxiety, what strategies help you feel more comfortable in group settings or public events?
Back then, we have presentations to do individually in school. I have all it take to get my best mark but my fear is that you will do the presentation in front of your class.
Firstly, I took a walk round the premises and meditate on positive attitude while I need to do it and get my best mark.
Secondly, I take in deep breaths before I started. Yeah, I did well after that.

As someone who suffers with social anxiety, one thing I have found that helps me when I head out into a crowded place is being with someone. If I am with someone I know if I start to panic or if something gets too much, I have that help there to get me into a space where I feel safe and can start to calm down.
