It is very important to talk about mental health but you need to talk only with the people who can understand you. If you end up talking to people who cannot understand you, you will make yourself a fool.

I don't have any mental issue but I have been mentally down for some times. I didn't disclose it anyhow to random people but my family knew about it and was giving me tips on how to overcome it. I am better and okay now.

I still find it a shame that there is still a stigma around mental health and that so many people are still ashamed to talk about how they are feeling and how their mental health is.

I struggle with my mental health much more than I tend to let on but I know that speaking up about it can help greatly not just with the support I receive but also with being able to get things that are bothering me off my chest.
