Life can be hectic! Let’s talk about what methods you use to keep stress at bay during your busiest days—whether it’s exercise, creative hobbies, or time management strategies.
It's not really that easy to manage stress especially on hectic days because there won't be time to think about it. I make sure to keep things at bay in terms of not doing much more than required of me.
Drinking water and breathing exercise can help, and I think no matter how busy you are, you can easily find 5-10 minutes break to do breathing exercise and drink water.
Stress is not always easy to manage and that is something I dislike as due to my health, I need to avoid stress but in life, stress is always going to be there in some form.
When I have had a busy and stressful day, I find sitting and playing my favourite video game, or sitting and watching my favourite YouTuber's or TV shows helps a lot. Music is also something else I find helps when I am feeling stressed after a busy day.

We normally have 39 minutes at workplace. That time is for relaxing and eating if there's any. I don't neglect drinking water every chance that I got.
