What signs of burnout have you noticed in yourself, and what strategies have helped you recover and prevent future episodes?
I first try to find out what is causing burn out, once I know the reason, I tackle it accordingly. Getting involved with my favorite activities like playing games, watching TV shows and movies, even going for a walk or cooking and eating can help me recover.
Burn out are always caused by stress, lots of work and depression. If one finds out what causes burn out, it's so easy to find how to work them out. Taking a walk, relaxation, talking to people and also have enough sleep can help to reduce burn out.
