I don't have any strategies on how I am keeping my online habits healthy mental but what I have learnt to do is to avoid posts that are speaking ill of people or making offensive posts.
Good idea. Stay away from offensive posts that will just eat you up inside. I had to step away from most all social media because I just found it toxic.
It depends on how you use it. I have never experienced any kind of stress due to social media usage, in fact watching social media videos even helps me to relax.
