I was introduced to meditation when I was a 9th grader. I seriously tried meditation when I was 10th grader. I have been meditating since then. I don't meditate every day but I do meditate whenever I am stressed out.

I used to meditate every day but for a long time now, I have been seriously occupied that I forget about myself. I will start my meditation again.
