    Have them warned for their behaviour and remind them of the consequences of their actions linking the forum's TOS on such behaviour.

    If they don't stop, put their posts on moderation. This will stop them when they see their troll posts are not being approved.

    Dealing with disruptive members is something that all community leaders will have to face at some point and is unavoidable. How you deal with disruptive members determines what effect it could have on your community.

    Whenever I have had disruptive members on my forum, my first option is to always prevent them from posting within the forum and make contact with them to discuss their reasons for causing disruptions. If speaking to them fails and they continue to cause disruption, placing their posts on moderation is a good way to handle the posts and they will either stop or not bother to come back.

    I will not ban them immediately but will instead choose to ban them if they continue without remorse.
