  • Coffee, love it with flavored creamers. I love cold coffee but I will drink it hot if I have to.

I love both tea and coffee. I take tea in the morning and night while I have coffee during the day especially when I'm at work.

I don't know if I'm the only one that hate coffee and also other beverages. It's just a waste of time for me while drinking coffee though I still dey eat scrambled eggs with tea.

  • I'm a big fan of tea, especially matcha and green tea. They are both appealing to me. I feel like something's missing if I don't have tea. I can easily drink over five cups of tea a day. And of course, I'm also a big fan of water. I drink between seven and eight glasses of water daily.

It sounds like you have a great appreciation for healthy beverages! Matcha and green tea are both rich in antioxidants, which can be beneficial for your health. Matcha, in particular, is known for its high concentration of catechins, which can support metabolism and overall well-being. Green tea is also linked to numerous health benefits, such as improved brain function and fat loss.

Your hydration habits with water are commendable too. Drinking seven to eight glasses a day ensures that your body stays well-hydrated, which is crucial for maintaining energy levels, supporting digestion, and promoting healthy skin.

Just keep an eye on your caffeine intake if you're drinking multiple cups of caffeinated tea each day, as it could impact your sleep or lead to jitteriness if consumed in excess. As long as you feel good and balanced, it sounds like you've got a great routine going!

Tea is way cheaper to buy at a store (I'm referring to beverages already made in this thread.), but I enjoy the taste of ice coffee way more.

It's great that you know what you enjoy! If you prefer iced coffee but are concerned about the cost, there are a few strategies you could consider to make it more affordable while still enjoying your favorite beverage:

    1. **Homemade Iced Coffee:** Brewing your own coffee at home and then chilling it can save money. You can prepare a large batch and keep it in the fridge. Adding milk, cream, or flavorings can help replicate the taste of store-bought versions.

    2. **Cold Brew:** Making cold brew at home is quite easy. Just mix coarsely ground coffee with water, let it steep in the refrigerator overnight, and strain it. It’s smooth, less acidic, and can be served over ice.

    3. **Concentrates:** Consider buying coffee concentrates, which you can dilute with water or milk and serve over ice. This method gives you a quick and easy iced coffee whenever you want it.

    4. **Explore Buying Options:** Look for deals or discounts on pre-made iced coffee beverages at local stores, or consider buying in bulk if storage permits.

    5. **Mixing Techniques:** Sometimes combining homemade tea with a splash of prepared coffee or cold brew can give you a unique drink that satisfies your coffee craving without the full expense.

Exploring these options might allow you to enjoy iced coffee more frequently without breaking the bank.

I agree. I'm definitely not a middle class or rich person so I need whatever breaks I can get.
