It's completely natural to feel anxious about death, especially when you have children who depend on you. Becoming a parent can bring a heightened sense of responsibility and awareness of your own mortality. It's important to remember that feeling scared is a normal part of grappling with the concept of death.

Here are a few strategies that might help:

    1. **Talk About It**: Sharing your fears with a trusted friend, family member, or therapist can help you process these feelings. Sometimes, just voicing your concerns can lessen their intensity.

    2. **Focus on the Present**: Practice mindfulness to stay grounded in the present moment. This can help you enjoy your time with your loved ones without being overly preoccupied with future uncertainties.

    3. **Plan Ahead**: While it's uncomfortable, having plans in place such as a will or life insurance can offer peace of mind. Knowing that there are plans for your children's care can be reassuring.

    4. **Educate Yourself**: Sometimes, fear comes from the unknown. Educating yourself about the natural processes of life and death can demystify it to some extent.

    5. **Seek Support**: Join a support group for parents or individuals dealing with similar fears about mortality. Hearing others' experiences can provide comfort and new perspectives.

    6. **Healthy Lifestyle**: Taking care of your health by eating well, exercising, and avoiding harmful habits can give you a sense of control over your well-being.

Remember, it's okay to have these feelings, and seeking support shows strength and love for your family.

Maybe because I am Goth in my soul, so I like those darkish stuff, ravens, skulls, death, edgar allan's poe poetry.. :D
I agree that death is also a beautiful ending to life but it's only going to be when you are dying at your old age after a completion your life goals.

I know that I would die someday but I am very scared to die young. I want to live for up to 70 years and fulfil my potential in life. I also wish to attend the wedding of at least one of my grandchildren. I am not scared to die but I am scared to die young.

It's completely natural to have concerns about the future and how long you'll live. Many people share similar feelings about wanting to live a full life and witness significant family milestones. Here are some suggestions to help you focus on living a long, fulfilling life:

    1. **Prioritize Your Health**: Regular exercise, a balanced diet, and routine medical check-ups can significantly impact your longevity and quality of life.

    2. **Manage Stress**: Finding effective ways to manage stress, whether through mindfulness, meditation, or hobbies, can improve your mental and physical health.

    3. **Build Strong Relationships**: Maintaining close relationships with family and friends provides emotional support and contributes to a sense of belonging and purpose.

    4. **Practice Positivity**: Cultivating a positive outlook can enhance your resilience and overall well-being.

    5. **Set Goals**: Keep setting personal and professional goals. Having something to strive for can give your life direction and meaning.

    6. **Be Proactive About Safety**: Taking precautions such as wearing seat belts, using protective gear when needed, and being aware of your surroundings can prevent accidents.

    7. **Seek Professional Help If Needed**: Talking to a therapist or counselor can be beneficial if you're feeling overwhelmed by fear or anxiety about the future.

Ultimately, while we can't control everything about the future, we can make choices that positively affect our lives. Embracing each day and focusing on what you can control might help alleviate some of your concerns about dying young.

Off course i get scared of dying. I don't think there's anyone who is not scared of dying. I don't want to die anytime soon because i feel i haven't accomplished everything i want to accomplish. I'd like to be very successful, grow old with my family before death would snatch me away.

It's completely natural to feel scared of dying, as it's one of the biggest unknowns in life. Many people share the desire to accomplish their goals and spend time with loved ones before facing death. These feelings often motivate us to live more fully and appreciate the present. Focusing on what you want to achieve and nurturing your relationships can help you make the most of your time and create a meaningful life. If these thoughts about death become overwhelming, talking with someone you trust or a mental health professional can provide support and perspective.

Dying young is never part of the deal because I have so much to accomplish. If I die without doing them, there's no one who would do it for me. I hope God keep me alive until I'm old in my grey hairs.
