I'm more of a morning person. It's not that I can't stay up at night when there's a need for it but if it's what I can avoid doing late at night, I will take that option and do it in the morning because I love my sleep.

It's around midday you're waking up , although it's quite understandable because you're staying up way too late. Your body need to adjust and balance your sleep.Aragon Burner wrote: ↑Tue Feb 04, 2025 11:05 pmI wish I could be a morning person lol but I'm not awake usually until after 11am and stay up until like 3amJa sa bong wrote: ↑Tue Feb 04, 2025 10:23 pm I'm more of a morning person. I can do both. There are moments where I can stay awake at night and be very active, and there are other times when I could be awake in the early morning without having to worry a lot about being dizzy. So, being active, whether in the morning or at night, totally depends on what is at stake.
I'm definitely a morning person, I feel most productive then. Early riser, ready to tackle the day with energy and a clear mind, it works best for me.
