What’s Your Favorite Web Hosting Provider?

Share your experiences with different hosting services. Which one do you recommend for speed, reliability, and cost-effectiveness?

I use Name Crane because of the free speech. Me or others might post some controversial things, and I don't like having a cap on free speech.

That's interesting. I hadn't considered that in a host. Is this an issue you have come across before with a host?

Since my relatively early days of administering websites, HawkHost has been my go-to provider. Cheap, reliable service, and the few times I've ever had to submit a support ticket I've always had a fast, courteous and professional response, even when things were essentially my own fault or I was doing something wrong myself. Can't complain about the service at all overall, actually!

For over a decade now me and my boyfriend have been using HawkHost and have had no issues with them at all. We have had occasions in which they have gone down, the last time they had a severe outage was a few years ago almost now when there was a fire at one of their server centres and it took everything offline. They were great and kept us updated throughout which was awesome.
