In my opinion, this should be part of the duties of the staff team you recruit (if any) to assist you with the project - you shouldn't need a separate team altogether. If you don't hire staff, then you need to be prepared to do a lot more of the work populating your forum with content yourself. Hopefully by recruiting a couple of staff you'll help yourself to lighten the load though in an ideal situation, imo. :)

If you want your content to rank on the search engines, you need to hire professional content creators who can create search worthy posts. Staff can also help build content when ever necessary

Having a dedicated team who can focus on content for your forum whether it be new threads, replies or even articles is always a great idea and something that all community leaders should consider.

To be able to reach high rankings within the search engines, high-quality content that relates to your community and that is helpful and informative is a great way to help your forum in many ways.

Content is the core value of a forum. It's a good idea to have the entire staff team pitch in to create content and generate discussions on the subjects they are knowledgeable or passionate about. It helps build a member base and establishes good connections between users.
