It's around midday you're waking up , although it's quite understandable because you're staying up way too late. Your body need to adjust and balance your sleep.

I can do both. There are moments where I can stay awake at night and be very active, and there are other times when I could be awake in the early morning without having to worry a lot about being dizzy. So, being active, whether in the morning or at night, totally depends on what is at stake.
