Creating a fitness and recreation routine is a good way to improve our physical and mental health, also to promote our well-being.
I used to track my daily activities, how I spend my time both at work and home. Then, I make time for my activities that makes me happy and relaxed.

I should definitely do more exercise but I guess I just got kinda lazy over the years lol. I used to be very fit indeed when I was younger. I feel that the training I did back then has still somehow impacted my life now and kept me fairly healthy.
