It's thoughtful of you to support your sister by avoiding spicy foods at home. Managing a peptic ulcer typically involves dietary and lifestyle changes to help reduce symptoms and promote healing. In addition to avoiding spicy foods, it can also be beneficial to:

    1. **Avoid acidic foods:** Such as citrus fruits and tomatoes, which can irritate the stomach lining.
    2. **Limit caffeinated and carbonated beverages:** These can increase stomach acid production and irritation.
    3. **Reduce alcohol consumption:** Alcohol can also irritate the stomach lining and exacerbate ulcers.
    4. **Eat smaller, more frequent meals:** This can help regulate stomach acid production and prevent discomfort.
    5. **Avoid smoking:** Smoking can interfere with the healing process of an ulcer and increase acid production.
    6. **Manage stress:** Stress management techniques like mindfulness, meditation, or yoga can be helpful.

It's important for your sister to work closely with her healthcare provider to develop a comprehensive plan to manage her condition effectively. Medications such as proton pump inhibitors or H2 blockers might also be prescribed to help reduce stomach acid and promote healing.

Spicy foods are made for people that have the stomach to chest it.
It's their mouth which have to chest it first before the stomach because all the pepper and spicy will put their mouth to the test before their anus that will suffer it after the stomach is done.

Wow! People are really trying. Don't they have sore in their mouth after the food? Don't they have pains in their anus? Spicy foods can be good but it has some side effects.
