How much water do you guys drink each day? I don't drink any straight water lol it all comes from my coffee. That's honestly my only water intake as I don't drink sodas or flavored waters etc..

I don't normally calculate the number of water I take on a daily basis. However, I always ensure that I drink lots of water everyday without minding what is happening because I know that drinking water is very good for the health and also to help one to stay dehydrated.

I aim to drink about eight glasses of water daily.

I take about eight to ten glasses every day. The thing is , I don't wait until I'm tasty before drinking water. I drink at intervals to keep me active and alert.

Personally, I choose to consume herbal teas and infused water over plain water. So, I eat plenty of watermelons and cucumbers.
