I have been to a counseling only once. That was when I was in 7th grade. Since I was always angry, my father though I had some issues, so he took me to a counselor. Thankfully, I was declared fine.
I talk to a therapist once every few months. It's more of a check in and i just use the time to offload any anger or frustrated feelings i may have.
